Guatemala Update:

My trip to this very colorful country was a great adventure and experience. While there I traveled to many beautiful and exotic locations. PinPoint will be delivering three new episodes that will uncover fascinating aspects of this country. In the meantime, photos from Guatemala will be posted to give you a taste of what's ahead.

Just an update on the webcast, PinPoint will be heading South to Guatemala for two weeks (Exciting). When I return (early January) I will release two new episodes, one special destination episode from Guatemala and another from Irvine Park.

In Guatemala PinPoint will visit Antigua, Lake Atitlan a volcano lake, consider by visitors as the most beautiful lake in the world, and then PinPoint will travel to Tikal to uncover the mysteries of the Mayan civilization. The Mayan ruins were named one of the "7 New Wonders of The World" by ABC Good Morning America.

Looking forward to quite an adventure.

Just released a new destination and it feels great! I have another episode in production, that will be released November 27th, stay tune. I do have to admit that I'm still struggling with my feed and have been in contact with my new service provider, I'm very optimistic that the issues will be resolved shortly.

It's been too long, but PinPoint is back with New content, a new website and much more.
Since the last time I posted an update much has happened, below is a partial break down:
• Purchased new G5 Mac Pro, top of the line, helps greatly with the show...loving it.
• New site with Exciting Features: Destination Calendar, Larger online slide shows and PinPoint Souvenir Shop. (Very excited about site)
• Attended the 2nd annual Podcast Expo in Ontario, CA. Great learning experience.
• Many new destinations have been shot and are in production.
• There has also been many new refinements to your overall experience here at PinPoint.
And now PinPoint is ready to move forward once again.

Pinpoint wishes for this site to be a resource for everyone in the southern California area to use as a sneak peek into the destinations around them and looks for the participation from you the viewer to share new and exciting destinations.

Yes it's been a while since my last post and Podcast, but have no fear PinPoint will still create new content.
So here's the skinny, PinPoint is a project produced by one person that is supported by additional talent which I truly appreciate. Here's my crutch, I started this podcast on a five year old iMac although this little iMac is giving all it's got, it just doesn't have the speed I need to maintain this growing site. So this August when Apple unveils it's new Pro Mac machines I will be first in line to make a PinPoint Purchase. This new Apple will definitely give me the firepower that will one make my production experience enjoyable (which is key) and secondly it will speed up the production time (cut down on my late nights). Until then I will produce a few PinPoint podcast and launch a new feature on the website.

FYI: Okay why aren't all the episodes in order? The reason for the disorder and jumbled episodes is simple; we initially lined up 15 episodes in the early conceptualization of PinPoint. As we launched the podcast we decided to lock down the initial episodes and there numeric lineup. So now, when we get to the end of this lineup PinPoint shows will be delivered in a correct numerical order. Yeah!
